Our Project
community mental health
We are a social enterprise dedicated to breaking barriers in mental health for rural communities. By reinvesting our profits, we provide awareness, counseling, and care to vulnerable women and schoolgirls in Kajiado and beyond. Through mobile outreach camps, capacity building, and advocacy, we are tackling stigma and ensuring that no one is left behind in the journey toward mental well-being.

What We Do
In rural Kajiado, where mental health services are scarce, we mobilize volunteer psychiatrists and psychologists who set up week-long outreach camps, moving from village to village. Women and schoolgirls—often the most overlooked—receive vital awareness, counseling, and support. For severe cases, we ensure referrals to the nearest specialized facilities
Why it matters
Mental health stigma, cultural barriers, and underfunded healthcare systems continue to leave countless individuals without the care they need. Many people suffer in silence, fearing judgment or lacking access to affordable, quality services. That’s why we go beyond offering direct support—we also lead strong advocacy and awareness campaigns. These campaigns aim to challenge harmful stereotypes, break down cultural misconceptions, and influence policies that prioritize mental health.
Our Impact
Over the past year, we have empowered women and young girls in schools by providing mental health awareness, compassionate care, and safe spaces for healing. These initiatives have not only given them the tools to cope with everyday challenges but also created supportive environments where their voices are heard and valued. Our work proves that when communities unite around mental health, stigma is broken, resilience is built, and no one has to face their struggles alone.
