The Mental Health Workplace Wellness Training program was established to support an integrated health and well-being strategy, focusing on prevention, early identification, support, and care in the workplace. This program aims to equip individuals with the necessary skills to effectively address mental, social, and psychological challenges, ultimately helping their organization or institution achieve its mission and vision. The program consists of eight (8) to ten (10) sessions, each lasting 2 hours per week or as requested by the organization or company.
